At a glance

  • Reset the checklist preference on this device.
  • Manage browser updates separately.
  • Ask about records you submitted.

Read without a reader account

Articles, tools, city research and online briefings do not require a public account. RSS does not require submitting an email to the journal. Browsing does not create a subscription or financing application.

The public journal does not install advertising trackers or third-party audience analytics and does not sell public tool inputs or share them for cross-context advertising. There is no separate opt-out switch for a use the site does not make.

Controls on this device

The controls below affect this browser’s checklist preference and an existing Motenza notification subscription. They do not delete submitted correspondence, private editorial records or information on another device. Resetting the checklist preference does not sign an editor out.

Browser settings control notification permission. After unsubscribing you can also block motenza.com notifications there. If a preference cannot be synchronized with the server, the control reports that separately rather than claiming a record was deleted.

Email briefings and RSS

Where signup is available, confirm the request using the message sent to your address. Stop delivery using a briefing’s signed unsubscribe link. If you cannot find it, contact briefing@motenza.com with the address concerned. Do not send a password or confirmation token to another person.

Unsubscribe stops delivery and differs from erasing a record. Ask the privacy department about access or deletion. RSS subscriptions are managed in your own reader.

Protect searches and exports

Calculator and planner inputs are processed in your browser. Use general search questions because the query appears in the URL, history, shared links and potentially hosting logs.

An exported file remains on your device until moved or deleted. Clearing site storage does not remove it or copies shared elsewhere. Check an export for sensitive details before sending it to a colleague.

Request access, correction or deletion

Email privacy@motenza.com or write to Motenza Holding LLC at 1200 Brickell Ave Ste 1950 #550, Miami, FL 33131, United States. State the request and identify the address or interaction concerned. Send only enough context to locate the record.

Rights, verification, deadlines and exceptions depend on applicable law. Identity or an agent’s authority may need confirmation. Do not attach identification at first contact. The Privacy policy explains retention, backups and reconsideration.
