The publisher and these terms

Motenza Holding LLC operates Motenza Journal at motenza.com. Our correspondence address is 1200 Brickell Ave Ste 1950 #550, Miami, FL 33131, United States. These terms take effect on October 10, 2026 and apply to the public journal, its educational tools and publication enquiries.

Use is subject to these terms and applicable law. Additional written terms may apply to a separately agreed commercial placement or licence. A link to another website does not make that service part of the journal. Mandatory rights remain in force where a provision cannot lawfully apply.

Information and financial decisions

Articles, Advisor resources, research and calculators support understanding and preparation. They are not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal or real estate advice. Reading does not create an adviser-client relationship, approve credit, determine eligibility or form a financing contract.

Programs, fees, rates, rules and availability can change. Verify current conditions with the administering organization, provider and appropriately qualified adviser before relying on a conclusion. A source-check date is an editorial record, not proof of current availability or your eligibility.

Examples are hypothetical unless documented facts are identified. Forecasts are scenarios, not promises. Geographic and currency limitations remain part of a resource’s meaning.

Calculators, downloads and research

Results depend on inputs, the displayed formula and stated assumptions. They may omit fees, taxes, payment dates, compounding conventions and contract-specific costs. Compare a working estimate with the actual offer.

A worksheet or dataset is a working resource. Check definitions, dates, units and geographic boundaries. County figures are not automatically city-only data. A directory is not a complete survey of every provider. You decide whether the material suits your purpose.

Keep exports secure and review them before sharing. The journal does not receive browser calculator inputs as an application or transmit them to a lender.

Content, branding and permissions

Original journal content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party publications, portraits, company names and trademarks retain their respective owners’ rights. A source link is evidence attribution, not a reproduction licence.

You may link to public pages and use quotation or other exceptions allowed by law. Preserve attribution and context. Full republication, commercial syndication, translations, brand use and image reuse require appropriate permission unless a separate licence or legal exception applies.

A downloadable resource may have specific terms. Motenza cannot grant rights it does not hold.

Responsible use

Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, introduce malicious code, retrieve private records, disrupt availability or send unsolicited bulk messages through enquiry routes.

Public access does not authorize entry to the protected editor, drafts or backups. Editorial users must protect credentials and follow their access scope. Automated access must respect applicable law, access restrictions and service capacity. A public URL does not grant a right to bulk republish protected content.

Messages, tips and expert enquiries

Submit information you are entitled to share and describe your connection. Do not include passwords, private client records or identity documents. The Privacy policy explains how contact details and expert requests are handled.

A message does not guarantee a response, publication, payment, confidentiality or a particular editorial outcome. Evidence may need clarification. A commercial proposal does not buy an independent editorial judgement.

Receipt does not transfer copyright ownership or give unrestricted permission to publish a private attachment. Rights, attribution and any agreed restrictions should be resolved for the proposed use.

External websites and commercial links

Other websites have their own operators, terms and privacy practices. Source links and directory entries do not guarantee suitability or availability. Verify a practitioner’s current licence, details and engagement terms with the relevant authority and the practitioner.

Motenza Capital links open a separate commercial platform. Motenza Holding LLC operates the journal; Motenza Capital identifies its legal entity as IMG Business Consulting LLC. An application on that platform follows its own process. The Disclosures page explains the commercial connection.

Availability, corrections and limits

We may update, correct, move or remove material and restrict misuse. We aim to preserve useful public links, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. A third-party cache may show an older version.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, resources are provided without a promise of suitability for a particular decision or of a financial outcome. Financing approval, investment performance and search rankings are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability, duties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For a factual issue identify the URL, passage and supporting evidence. A changed external condition and an original error are distinct matters that can both warrant review.

Changes and formal notices

Changes to these terms appear here with their effective date. Separate agreements keep their own terms. The public journal does not operate a paid subscription checkout or collect campaign payment through these pages.
