Are my inputs shared?

No. The planner calculates locally in your browser and does not save your figures. The CSV download contains the numbers you entered and the modeled balances.

Does a positive balance establish loan eligibility?

No. This is a cash-timing scenario. It does not review credit, collateral, program criteria, accounting adjustments, or lender underwriting.
